What is a gastronomic lifestyle? Enjoying food as an integral part of one’s life. Not so much in quantity as in quality and variety. Food fellowship is an amazing part of any society. Gathering for the preparing, cooking and eating of meals is one of man’s greatest joys.
If wine may be part of the get together, all the better. The proper blending of food and wine enhances the palate’s pleasure of both.
The wider the variety of cuisine the more opportunity to assemble and share culinary experiences.
I have assembled a few of my favorites from my dad’s “cookbook.” I have tried to get some of my sister’s but, as of yet, have been unsuccessful.
